August 5, 2008 - Construction Update; Modekka is entering the final stages of construction at 8901 blvd. Newman. The fully renovated 170 unit complex will begin welcoming its' new and returning tenants in late November.

August 1, 2008 - We are proud to officially launch www.modekka.com. The re-designed website contains information valuable to both current and potential tenants.
